West London is home to some of the most iconic summer events in the city, from Wimbledon to Notting Hill Carnival. Discover the must-attend happenings across the area in 2025.

Greenford Quay Eats and Beats

July 25th – July 26th, 2025

Greenford Quay Eats and Beats is our sunset market series, bringing you DJ sets, street food stalls, family activities and more throughout the year. Our July weekend event will run at Tillermans Court, with activities and stalls on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Admission is free and you can pick up tickets for the weekend through Eventbrite. Find out more about our Eats and Beats events here.  

The Borough of Ealing Art Trail (BEAT)

6-7th and 13–14th September 2025

BEAT is an art trail event where you can walk through different venues around Ealing, showcasing the work of local artists. Many pieces of artwork will also be for sale. Greenford Quay is proud to be taking part in BEAT 2025 and will be offering up communal areas in our buildings for local artists to display their works. The trail is held over two weekends in September. During this time, a map will be made available, leading you to the different exhibitions around the Borough.  

Ealing Blues Festival

July 26th – July 27th, 2025

Ealing Blues Festival is one of the longest-running public celebrations of the genre in London.  Held at Walpoll Park, it has been running since 1987 and attracts thousands of genre enthusiasts each year. The 2025 show has over 20 acts across two stages. Headliners include Cedric Burnside and Elles Bailey, with warm-up acts from Jump 66, Toby Lee and more. 

Ealing Comedy Festival

July 24th – 25th & July 31st – August 1st, 2025

Ealing Comedy Festival is four days of gags, punchlines and comedy genius. This event is also held in Walpoll Park. Programmed by Headliners Comedy Club, it offers a mix of established stars and emerging talent. The lineup includes Sunil Patel, Chris McCausland and Grace Campbell. 

Ealing Jazz Festival

August 2nd –3rd, 2025 

Another Walpole Park spectacular, the Ealing Jazz festival has been running since 1984 and celebrates every sub-genre of Jazz, from traditional to contemporary fusion. The festival has two main stages, the Big Top and the Park Stage. Enjoy bands like the Hot 8 and The Brand New Heavies or hold out for the Continental Drifts Sunday takeover. The festival is a memorable day out for families and a fun evening dancing the night away to DJ sets with friends. There are food stalls and bars to enjoy too.

Notting Hill Carnival

August 23rd – 25th, 2025 

The legendary Notting Hill Carnival attracts over two million attendees each year. It is held over the August Bank Holiday weekend and pays tribute to the West Indian communities of London, showcasing the best of Caribbean food, music and heritage. 

The Notting Hill Carnival parade is the crown jewel of the event. The parade route stretches over three miles and runs through Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park. There will be three main stages for music and dancing entertainment: Pleasance Park Stage, Powis Square Stage and Meanwhile Gardens. 

Saturday is a ticketed event, where you can watch the steel band competition. However, Sunday and Monday are free to all, so you can dive into the colourful madness of Dutty Mass, or party into the night after the adult parade on Monday. 

Hampton Court Palace Food Festival

August 23rd – 25th, 2025

The Hampton Court Palace Food Festival is ideal for a summer day out with family. Sample sauces, artisanal cheeses and cured meats or head to your nearest fresh churro stall. There will be family-friendly entertainment throughout the day. Enjoy face painting, Shire Horse rides and drop-in workshops. A ticket for the food festival will also provide access to the palace and gardens, which include a maze and an adventure playground.
