We put the ‘green’ in Greenford Quay and in your pockets! Approximately 1,200m² of solar panels have been installed and green roofs have been implemented resulting in savings on electricity costs.

We prioritise keeping our carbon footprint low with our onsite energy centre. Two gas powered engines generate electricity and provides hot water and heating to the property. As a result, across Greenford Quay we have seen a carbon reduction across all residential and non-residential development.
