We’ve certainly not held back as we launch this year's Summer Series! We've collaborated with brilliant artists and local businesses to bring you an action-packed day of activities and creative workshops, plus live music from the amazing Mothers of Music Agency, and world-class street food traders with our partners Trash & Treasure.
Expect:
- Creative Workshops & Canal Boat Trips
- Mini Golf & Giant Garden Games
- Some of West London’s most loved street food vendors inc. veggie, vegan, and halal options
- Live food demonstration
- A fully licensed 1992 Classic Rover Mini Cooper 'Mini' Bar
- Live music from the amazing Lora, and yes! He's back! Khaya Fhaya will take to the stage to see us into the evening.
- Canal-side seating under our beautiful Summer canopy.
All Day Activities
The following activities will run between 12pm - 6pm. Subject to availability.
- Canal Boat Trips - all trips will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
- Mini Golf
- Giant garden games
- Face painting (for a small fee)
Scheduled Workshops
The following workshops must be attended from the start time to follow the instruction process. Workshops will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
12:30 - 14:30: Linocut Printing
During this session, you will be working with soft-cut lino to create your own mini prints to take home. 8yrs +
15:30 - 17:00: Islamic Geometry Workshop
Learn how to create beautiful Islamic-inspired geometric mandalas and patterns. 10yrs +
Please note all under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
Drop-in Workshops
The following workshops will run between set times but can be attended at any point during that time subject to availability.
12:00 - 18:00: Make your own instrument from everyday objects (all ages)
12:00 - 14:00: Community Bunting Workshop (all ages)
15:00 -17:00: Make your own Hanging Mobile (all ages)
