The Glassworks Launch Lottery Terms and Conditions
THE PROMOTER a. The Promoter is Greystar Europe Holdings Limited of 15 Finsbury Circus House, Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EB (the ‘Promoter’).
TERMS a. These standard terms and conditions (‘Terms’) constitute the entire agreement between a Referrer and/ Referred Friend and the Promoter with respect to the matters set forth herein, and no oral statements or prior written matter not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force or effect at the time of entering the Promotion and/or redeeming the Reward. b. These Terms apply to the Promotion and by making a Qualifying Referral you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
PROMOTION PERIOD a. The Promotion shall open at 9:00 1st April 2024 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 23:59 on 30th June 2024 (the ‘Closing Date’). b. All Entries (i) received after the Closing Date, and/ or (ii) that do not meet all Eligibility Requirements are automatically disqualified. c. For the avoidance of doubt the Reward is not redeemable in respect of any other property owned or managed by the Promoter. d. The Promoter will not accept: i. Responsibility for Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or ii. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of Entry to the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY a. The Promotion is open to ‘Qualified Residents’ who have completed and met all the below six (6) requirements (‘Eligibility Requirements’): i. Entered into a Tenancy Agreement with the Promoter at the participating property, The Glassworks, Greenford Quay, for a minimum 12 month tenancy, before the Closing Date; and ii. Complete all associated paperwork and pass any checks and referencing required by the Promoter; and iii. Paid their first full month of Rent and deposit; and iv. Moved into The Glassworks and are a current Resident; and v. Is aged 18 years or over. vi. There is a maximum of one Qualified Resident per apartment and that apartment cannot have previously won a ‘Reward’ as part of the same promotion. (‘Resident’ and ‘Residents’ shall have the same meaning). b. Any terms not defined in these Terms shall have the same meaning as defined in your Tenancy Letter and Tenancy Agreement. c. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Reward. d. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion. e. There is a limit of one Entry to the Promotion, per Qualifying Resident, per monthly draw and there can only be one Qualifying Resident (and therefore one entry) per apartment. A limit of one reward per Apartment applies and as such once a Qualified Resident wins a Reward then no other Residents from the same apartment can enter subsequent draws during this promotion period. Entries on behalf of another person or apartment will not be accepted.
THE PROMOTION a. Each Qualifying Resident, will be eligible for one entry into a monthly draw for the chance to win the corresponding monthly ‘Reward’ as defined in section 6. b. The promotion is limited to one Reward and three winner per monthly draw. c. Winners will be selected at random.
THE REWARD a. The ‘reward’ is only redeemable by the Qualifying Resident, who is entered into AND selected in a monthly draw during the ‘Promotion’. The rewards are as follows: i. Sign your lease in April 2024 for the chance to win one of the three prizes 1. A year's subscription of Gusto’s mouthwatering meals OR 2. £500 Virgin Experience Days voucher OR 3. Hometainment experience for up to 8 people ii. Sign your lease in May 2024 for the chance to win one of the three prizes 1. £1500 John Lewis Voucher and Home Design Service OR 2. Deluxe Private Spa experience for up to 5 people OR 3. Ninja Kitchen bundle including Foodi MAX 9-in-1 Multi-Cooker ii. Sign your lease in June 2024 for the chance to win one of the three prizes 1. 55' Sky Glass TV (includes 1 year sky subscription) OR 2. Crazy Bear Beaconsfield experience for two OR 3. Theatre tickets for two b. Residents are responsible for all other associated costs associated to their tenancy, including, but not limited to; pet rents, parking rent, utility bills and hire costs for amenity spaces. c. Residents must have met the Eligibility Requirements before the draw date for that month in order to be entered for that months draw.
PARTICIPATING PROPERTIES a. Standard apartment units in The Glassworks building, at Greenford Quay. DMR and LLR discounted units are not eligible.
ANNOUNCEMENT a. Residents who have successfully submitted an Entry and been selected for the Reward will be notified by the Promoter within 48 working hours of the draw date using the telephone number or email address provided with the Entry. The Promotor will clearly advise how to claim the Reward. b. Residents will have 21 days from being notified to claim their Reward. If a Resident has not claimed their Reward within this period, the Resident loses the right to claim the Reward and the Promoter will organise a re-draw.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY a. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Referrer and/ or entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion and/ Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. b. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion, including those as a result of any entrant being rewarded or not rewarded with a Reward.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY a. You agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the same and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. b. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. c. By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Qualifying Referral may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Promotion.
GENERAL a. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any Qualifying Referrer if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these Terms or any applicable law. Each Referrer acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with these Terms could lead to the Promoter disqualifying that person, without the Promoter giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge. b. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward for an Reward for a similar award of equal or higher value. c. The Promoter reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Promotion and/or Terms without notice and at its sole discretion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for any event that is outside of the Promoter's reasonable control. Any changes to these Terms, or cancellation of the Promotion, will be posted on the Promoter’s website (https://www.greenfordquay.com/). It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to these Terms. d. This Promotion is subject to limited availability and will be available on a first come first served basis. The Rewards are not transferable to another individual and no alternatives will be offered. e. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Promotion), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. f. The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
