1. Promotion Period:

The Homeviews review incentive ("Incentive") will run from 9:00 AM on 1^st August 2024, to 9:00 AM on 1^st February, 2025 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Incentive, participants must be residents of Lyons Dock, Tillermans Court, or The Glassworks Court.

3. Participation:

During the Promotion Period, eligible residents can enter the Incentive by leaving a Homeviews review for the property they reside in (Lyons Dock, Tillermans Court, or The Glassworks Court). Each resident is permitted to leave one review every six months.

4. Prize Distribution:

The Winner will be contacted by the Greenford Quay site team if their review is selected as the winning entry at the end of the Promotion Period (1^st February, 2025).

5. The Rewards:

One review from either Lyons Dock, Tillermans Court, or The Glassworks Court will be selected through a random draw. The winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.

6. Prize Limitations:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

7. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by the Incentive organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Incentive. The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Incentive at any time without prior notice, for any reason.

The winners will be contacted by the Greenford Quay site team if their review entry has been successful. Winners will be chosen on the 1^st week of each month.
