UBX (pronounced you-box) brings high-energy boxing and strength training, offering an efficient full-body workout right on your doorstep. Built around a 12-round circuit, each session is designed to be completed in under 45 minutes, ideal for fitting fitness into a busy schedule. Alongside boxing and strength workouts, residents can also access personal training, workshops, strength and mobility sessions, yoga, and medically certified body composition analysis, making UBX a flexible and motivating space to train, build confidence and stay active.
