A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD | NORTH GREENFORD BOWLS CLUB

North Greenford Bowls Club, in the Ealing & District league, was formed in 1951 and plays actively. However, over the years, the edges of its flat lawn bowling green have worn down which has made playing friendly matches and club competitions extremely difficult.

BRANCHING OUT | MONKEY PUZZLE DAY NURSERY

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in Uxbridge is part of a franchise and independently-owned by Sukhi and John Gill. The nursery has proved so popular since opening over three years ago, that the Gills decided to open a second one and were delighted to find the ideal location at Greenford Quay.

There is something special about the way the festive season ignites neighbourly connections and community spirit - whether it’s attending a local carol service, enjoying your nearest Christmas market or popping to a neighbour’s house for mulled wine and a mince pie.

Through consistent communications and meetings we shall continue to reach out to various groups, local businesses and Ward Councilors. Listening and understanding priorities, supporting with resource and funding.

We shall provide opportunities to help shape the events at Greenford Quay so that activities are inclusive and representative of the vibrant mix of people that live not just at Greenford Quay but also in the surrounding areas.
